DEAR VIRGINIA I'M LOOKING FOR A ROOM -notebook scribbels form the base for ongoing works: an artistmagazine and an photogravure artprint series.
The series collect unconsious drawings and scribbels found in my agendas and notebook corners between the budgets and shoping lists since 1994, all of them, I found, were somehow picturing my dream home.
The scaned pages from the notebooks will be collected into the 0 -issue of an artistpaper; VVVVVVVV published by WMN'S Parliament. The printed paper will work also as katalog for the artprint series I will continue to work on. The artprints will focus on the lines of the drawings, lines lacking consideretion or the second look on. I will clean away the notes (noice) around them. As an archaeologist in search of finds, I gently try to cleanse out the forgotten visions left behind.
